PDFescape Enterprise makes it easy to add files to the server. Quickly upload forms and files to the server using a browser compatible with PDFescape Enterprise.
Administrators simply visit a sub folder of the main web site to log in. Administrators can make changes to their files, add new forms and files, view submissions of their files, and preform other administrator duties.
PDFescape supports multiple levels of administration, allowing you to grant administrators the ability to control complete control or only control over their published documents.
Other solutions limit the number of users who can fill out your forms. PDFescape Enterprise places no such limits. Have 10, 100, 1,000, 1,000,000 users that need to fill out your form? No problem. The license fee is the same.
Your users and customers will have the ability to use text, form field, hyperlinking, and vector shape tools. Select which you wish to allow them to use using the browser based administration
Set whether you want forms simply saved to the server when submitted or if you'd rather the files be emailed to you, or both.
Allow your customers to download a copy of the form they just submitted or allow them to have a copy emailed to their inbox if they so choose. Choose whether a file can be viewed, edited, and resubmitted after being submitted, or command it to be deleted immediately.
Your customers will be able to leave a form mid way through filling it out, save it to their profile, and come back later to finish and submit it.
The underlying code used in PDFescape Enterprise is taken directly from our production web product, PDFescape. Using much of the same code from our production server helps ensure that installations of PDFescape Enterprise are stable and secure.
Administrator and user login pages are optionally protected with a "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart", or CAPTCHA, based system to prevent brute-forcing of usernames and logins.
Have tight security requirements? PDFescape installs as a virtual directory on your server so you can use your SSL certificate with PDFescape and enforce other security measures.
Setting up PDFescape Enterprise couldn't be easier. Our advanced installation scripts will automatically configure your server to meet PDFescape requirements, helping you download any needed software or Windows updates. Our server side configuration tool makes set up a breeze. Simply allow it to connect to your database server and it will automatically create the needed database, tables, logins, and permission settings.
